Dear colleagues and friends,
On behalf of the Korean Stroke Society, we are delighted to invite you to the International Conference STROKE UPDATE 2014 (here after ICSU 2014), which will take place in Jeju, Korea, from November 6 to 8, 2014.
The Scientific Program Committee has prepared meticulously organized program to ensure that the ICSU 2014 is a resounding success. It will cover a variety of topics that illustrate the latest scientific and clinical development in the field of stroke.
Time will be given for all participants to mix and mingle with friends and colleagues. Take advantage of the various networking opportunities the Conference offers. We encourage you to participate actively in the discussions and hope the meeting helps in the exchange of information and development of new cooperation and coordination to improve stroke care for patients.
The ICSU 2014 also provides an invaluable opportunity to meet and network with the special guests from Northern Europe. The symposium focuses on acute stroke care system, stroke burden and outcome, and national stroke registry. We sincerely hope the ICSU 2014 will serve as an invaluable reference and a source of new ideas for the future cooperation for all of the world’s professional attendees in the field of stroke.
Dubbed as “Nature’s Paradise in the North Pacific,” the conference venue Jeju Island is created by a series of volcanic activities and it is inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List in 2007.
This breathtakingly beautiful island has full of charm. It offers golden beaches, stunningly scenic and pristine waterfalls, green space and a world’s finest lava tube system in abundance. All these positive factors create a perfect environment for an engagement, entertainment, and fun experience at the ICSU 2014.
